In this hands-on role, you will conduct laboratory and field testing and work closely with production teams to ensure our products meet project requirements and industry standards. Qualifications

• High school diploma or 3–5 years of equivalent experience.
• Associate degree preferred.
• State or industry certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory and field tests using specialized equipment to evaluate material properties.
• Prepare test results documents for production personnel and quality control management.
• Maintain mix designs per project specifications or local codes to ensure product accuracy.
• Follow safety, compliance and environmental requirements at all times.
• Record, analyze, and summarize test findings to support production decisions.
• Assist in sampling and testing of raw materials and finished products to resolve quality issues.
• Communicate health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments.
