Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Quality Control Specialist 1 in the United States to support construction/fabrication QC activities. You will input and track deficiencies, assist with site audits, and document QC findings to ensure the product meets project specs and codes.

You will review project documents, mentor team members, and participate in training to drive quality improvements and reduce waste in our energy solutions projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction or fabrication experience.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and good communication.
• Commitment to safe work habits and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of codes and standards and project documents.
• Must complete 20 continuing education hours or earn a cert by year-end.

Responsibilities

• QC Documentation: input, maintain, and track deficiencies within the QC software system.
• Site QC Audits: assist senior technicians, visually inspect to ensure installed product meets requirements and standards.
• QC Project Reporting: document progress, findings and outcomes of QC activities.
• Review of Project Documents: check for accuracy, completeness, and missing information.
• Mentoring and Training: attend training sessions with QC and project team members.
