Perform pre pour inspections including dimensions reinforcement placement strand location and form qualityConduct post pour inspections of finished precast concrete productsPerform wet and hardened concrete testing including slump temperature air content unit weight and cylinder strengthPrepare and test concrete specimens to verify compliance with strength requirementsConduct aggregate gradation and sieve analysis testingMonitor and document cable tensioning processes and record elongation dataMaintain accurate and complete quality control records and documentationIdentify document and communicate quality issues to production teams for resolutionEnsure compliance with all safety policies and procedures during inspections and testingSupport additional quality control tasks and special projects as assigned
