Job summary

A leading Industrial Automation distributor in Texas is seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure compliance with quality specifications. The role involves inspecting electro-mechanical assemblies, conducting incoming material inspections, and providing guidance to production personnel on quality standards. Candidates should have at least 3 years of quality control experience and a technical degree. The position offers several benefits including a 401K company match and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• 3 years of quality control experience required.
• 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
• Prior experience with UL508A standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection on finished electro-mechanical products.
• Maintain log of all quality issues received internally or by customers.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics reports.
• Lead corrective and preventative action investigations.

Good knowledge of electrical and controls systems

Ability to read and interpret electro-mechanical schematics

Education
