Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. is hiring a Quality Control Technician to ensure daily product quality and alignment with customer expectations.

The role collaborates with Plant Engineer, Sales, and Production, performing inspections and testing throughout production and leading corrective actions. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, quality control experience, and may need to obtain ACI certification within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Must have quality control experience in related industry.
• ACI/PCI Certification preferred, or to pass ACI Concrete Field Testing within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform Pre-Pour inspections on product prior to pouring.
• Perform Post-Pour inspections on product ensuring it is ready for the customer.
• Represent the customer inside our factory
• Test Concrete and raw materials as needed
• Lead QC meetings and follow up on Corrective Actions
• Organize all documentation
• Coordinate with production on schedule changes and errors
• Assist in conducting QA Audits
• Train plant employees on concrete technology and QC requirements
