Job summary

Knife River Idaho Division is seeking an Asphalt Laboratory/Density Quality Control Technician to join our team in the Boise, Idaho area. The role involves sampling and testing materials, documenting results, and following quality control procedures to ensure product quality.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience with aggregate/asphalt materials and familiarity with testing procedures. Idaho WAQTC Aggregate/Asphalt II certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience with aggregate/asphalt materials.
• WAQTC Aggregate/Asphalt II certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform material sampling and testing and log results.

Knife River Idaho Division is looking for an Asphalt Laboratory/Density Quality Control Technician to join our team in the Boise,
Idaho area.

Responsibilities will include material sampling and testing documentation/logging and various quality control procedures.

This position requires the availability to work up to 7 days per week as well as varied and extended hours. You may be required to occasionally travel out of town for short periods.

Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience with aggregate/asphalt materials and have knowledge of the
testing procedures.
Preferred Candidates will also have current/previous Idaho WAQTC Aggregate/Asphalt II certifications.
