Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control testing procedures and sanitation of beverage equipment.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and batch reporting software.
• Ability to document and follow procedures and fill out batch reports accurately.
• Must be able to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HACCP and food safety records and plant audits.
• Conduct testing to validate microbiological quality of ingredients and products.
• Assist in training plant personnel on quality procedures.
• Record data, analyze trends, and support corrective actions on the line.
