Job summary

LeanTeq, a subsidiary of Enpro, is seeking a quality-focused technician in Milpitas, CA to operate CMM, laser microscope, and handheld gauges. You will generate measurements, QC reports, and support maintenance while contributing to process improvements.

The role may include occasional non-standard hours and a strong emphasis on collaboration with Production, Lab, and Engineering teams. Requirements include high school diploma with QC experience, analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft

LeanTeq is best-in-class in a very niche part of the semiconductor industry and is looking for quality-oriented people who enjoy working in a great culture to join our team. Our company does chemical cleaning of the manufacturing parts for the semi-conductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CMM machine, Laser Microscope, roughness and thickness handheld gauges and others QC related tools and equipment
• Generate measurements and QC reports
• Responsible for equipment PM and maintenance
• Able to write computer script for the automated equipment is a plus
• Generate and provide SPC charts
• Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• High School graduated with Quality control experience
• Logical with Good analytical skills
• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Interaction with Other Employees:

• Regularly communicate with the Production, Lab Manager and teammates on daily assignments and reports any discrepancies or relevant production related information
• Works frequently with Engineering Director to improve quality and processes

Pay: $23 - $28

This job equally operates in a production and professional office environment. The environment will include wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), extreme cold and heat (non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts or equipment. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds. Physical requirements further include the ability to engage in productive and collaborative communication and may need to be performed during non-standard hours, including nights, weekends and possibly holidays. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to move about the facility. The employee is required to sit; use hands to finger; handle; or feel/hold objects; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; speak, hear, and smell. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear as well as interact with other employees. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Generally, the incumbent must be able to sit/stand and use a computer for extended periods of time.
