MilliporeSigma in the United States (NH) is seeking an Intermediate level Device Analytical Lab Quality Control Technician to support testing of biopharmaceutical membranes and devices, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity. You will troubleshoot basic setup and product testing processes and work with LIMS.

This weekend role runs Friday to Sunday, 5am to 5pm. Candidates need 1+ year of lab or cGMP experience and a High school diploma or GED.

Your Role

Intermediate level Device Analytical Lab Quality Control Technician supporting the full operation of the testing of biopharmaceutical membranes and devices with a focus on maximizing safety, quality, and productivity. Supports intermediate level testing operations through basic troubleshooting on set‑ups and product testing processes. Basic level of knowledge of the Laboratory Information Management System

This is a weekend position- Friday-Sunday 5am to 5pm

Duties Include
  • Test membranes and devices safely and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, Quality and Safety specifications and GMP standards.
  • Safely set up and operate quality lab test equipment and monitor required inputs and outputs.
  • Support quality lab operations and projects under the supervision of senior technicians.
  • Accurately complete documentation per GMP standards.
  • Initiate and participate in Out of Specification (OOS) investigations.
  • Assist with execution of protocols, qualifications, and validations.
  • Develop skills to independently perform membrane, device, and water analytical testing. Maintain certifications and ensure a clean and orderly workspace.
  • Proactive identification of safety, quality, and productivity concerns. Actively report hazardous conditions or hazardous
  • Performs basic equipment troubleshooting and setup, reviews and accurately enters test and process data into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), supports sustainability initiatives, and completes tasks under close supervision.
Physical Attributes
  • Exposure to machinery and equipment, chemical reagents, biological materials at Biosafety Levels 1 and 2, in a laboratory
  • environment.
  • 100% Standing and/or sitting for duration of shift, up to 12 hours.
  • Frequent lifting of 20 - 30 lbs. necessary/Max lifting – 40 to 50 lbs.
  • Bend and twist as needed.
  • Grasp, manipulate and handle objects consistently and regularly, Fine motor skills are required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ years of laboratory or cGMP manufacturing experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in life science discipline.
  • 2+ years of laboratory or cGMP manufacturing experience
  • Basic knowledge of EHS, ISO, cGMP, and other manufacturing regulatory requirements.
  • Basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • Read, follow and understand test methods, operating procedures, and related documentation.

Pay Range for this position: $19.00-$30.00 per hour

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job‑related factors.
