Job summary

Revolution Company in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Quality Control Technician to oversee finished product quality and data management in a manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will conduct quality assessments, identify issues, maintain logs, and ensure health and safety standards while using Microsoft Office tools.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, work 12-hour shifts, and contribute to continuous improvement through ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Three years of experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• One year of quality experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Necessary math skills for accurate reports.
• Essential reading and writing skills.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for 8–12 hours.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts with overtime as needed.

Description

Revolution is looking for a Quality Control Technician in Little Rock, AR. This role is responsible for overseeing the finished product of the operation. Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the Quality Control Technician oversees the quality of finished product and manages quality data and quality testing.

• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Periodically lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Sometimes push up to 100 lbs. and move up to 900 lbs. using a pallet jack.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk for 8-12 hours.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts; overtime when needed.
