Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions in El Paso, TX seeks a Tech 2, Quality Control for on-site work. This full-time role offers $25-$30 per hour and a 40-hour week.

You will perform in-process inspections, ensure traceability, maintain GDP-compliant documentation, and support GMP/SOP adherence. Three openings available to join a dynamic quality team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with measurement and inspection equipment.
• Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and quality systems.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections and sampling per procedures/specs.
• Ensure proper handling and traceability of samples during inspection/testing.
• Maintain GDP-compliant documentation.
• Comply with GMP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and document nonconformances using NCRs/QNs.
• Provide real-time feedback to operations to support containment actions.
• Support investigations and audit readiness.

What You'll Do

• Perform in-process inspections and sampling per approved procedures/specs/sampling plans
• Ensure proper handling + traceability of samples throughout inspection/testing
• Maintain accurate documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Comply with GMP, SOPs/work instructions, and regulatory requirements
• Identify/document/escalate nonconformances/deviations using quality systems (NCRs/QNs)
• Provide real-time feedback to operations to support containment/corrective actions
• Support investigations and audit readiness (internal/external)
• Follow all site safety policies; maintain required training/certifications

Requirements
