Job summary

Team 360 Staffing is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Control Technician to support manufacturing operations in Dixon, CA. You will inspect concrete products, perform quality tests per ACI/PCI standards, document outcomes, and ensure safety and quality compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year QC experience, ability to read drawings, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook. ACI Grade 1 certification is required with PCI Levels 1 & 2 achievable within 12 months of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of QC experience; concrete or inspection background is a strong plus.
• ACI Concrete Field Testing Tech Grade 1 Certification is required.
• Able to obtain PCI QC Technician Levels 1 & 2 within 12 months of hire.
• Able to read production and shop drawings.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; scanner experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Inspect cast floats, float assemblies, metal fabrications, hardware components, and lumber.
• Inspect the casting process per drawing requirements.
• Perform concrete tests per ACI / PCI and customer specifications.
• Document and record QC activities; scan production and inspection documents.
• Conduct safety tasks and inspections under the company's Safety Program.
