Job summary

Innomark Communications is seeking a Quality Control Technician for the 3rd shift in Richmond, IN. The role ensures adherence to GMP and Food Safety-inspired quality procedures across production, with emphasis on efficient steps to deliver a compliant product.

Responsibilities include inspections, testing, audits support, and documenting results while promoting safety and quality throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the printing industry and quality processes.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and coordinate activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven time management skills and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming components and perform quality approvals.
• Execute product testing per PQCT or instructions.
• Assist in internal audits (ISO, HACCP, Safety) and root-cause analysis.
• Record and file inspection results and provide feedback to operators.
• Ensure labeling, packaging, and retention requirements are met.
