Job summary

Qualifications

• M.S. in Chemistry or related field with 5+ years laboratory experience.
• B.S. in Chemistry or related field with 7+ years laboratory experience.
• Fully knowledgeable of cGMP and ICH laboratory requirements.
• Proficient with analytical instrumentation, validations, transfers, and cGMP policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a team of QC chemists and guide their development.
• Ensure timely project delivery and adherence to cGMP/ICH.
• Train and mentor chemists, including entry/mid-level staff.
• Maintain accurate notebooks and draft investigations, deviations, and CAPAs.
