The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Quality Control Supervisor to lead a team of laboratory and field technicians. Under the direction of the Area Manager, you will manage, coach, and develop your team while overseeing construction and manufacturing quality control processes to ensure compliance. A robust training program will be provided to achieve necessary certifications and full role responsibilities.

The Candidate

• High School Diploma or GED
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to train, evaluate, and communicate effectively
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in inspection and testing of road and paving materials
• Current WisDOT HMA-TPC, IDOT - HMA II, or MDOT certification
