ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor in Bangor, ME. The role oversees QA/QC processes across operations, audits field activities, and coaches technicians to improve service quality and performance.
100% travel within the New England area is required. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years as a telecom/broadband technician with at least 1 year of supervisory experience, plus formal technical education and safety training.

ITG Communications is hiring for Quality Control Supervisor, Bangor, ME.
Purpose: Responsible for overseeing quality assurance and control processes across operational teams to ensure compliance with company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. This role supervises field and operational audits, provides coaching and corrective action, and collaborates with operations to drive continuous improvement in service quality and technician performance.
This role will require 100% travel inside the New England area.
