Job summary

Arcera seeks a Quality Control Specialist for Incoming Materials Sampling to join the factory in EL Obour City. You will inspect, sample, and identify incoming materials to ensure they meet specifications and cGMP standards.

You will prepare and review documents for sampling, record results in SAP, participate in annual purchasing planning for reagents and tools, and support investigations related to out-of-spec materials. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or science (Chemistry).
• 0–2 years work experience.
• Analytical skills.
• Detail oriented nature.
• Good knowledge of GMP.
• Very good English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review inspection, sampling, and identification for incoming materials according to the required specification.
• Prepare and review all documents required for sampling incoming materials.
• Perform and review daily calibration for sampling materials equipment in addition to checking sampling room complying with required cGMP
• Record on SAP system the results for all performed inspections.
• Share in preparation of annual purchasing plan for reagents and tools required for sampling for incoming materials.
• Participate investigations and out of specifications related to inspection, sampling incoming materials in addition to identification incoming raw materials.

As Quality Control Specialist for the Incoming Materials Sampling, you will be responsible for inspection, sampling incoming raw and packaging materials in addition to identification of incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with the required specifications. The position reports to Quality Control Section Head and will be located in our factory in EL Obour City.

Your responsibilities:
