You will perform visual, functional, and dimensional inspections, support new batch releases, and investigate deviations to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in quality control or production, strong computer skills (MS Office, MES), knowledge of measurement techniques, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quality control or production
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, MES systems)
• Basic knowledge of measurement and inspection techniques
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
• Good communication, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude
• Very good English – written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Perform visual, functional, and dimensional inspections.
• Conduct detailed measurements and product analyses (e.g., particle tests).
• Support new batch releases and readiness.
• Investigate deviations and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion quality and support 5S and safety culture.
