Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates preferred.
• Proven quality-control/quality-assurance experience in manufacturing, preferably durable goods.
• Familiarity with SPC and root-cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product specifications.
• Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Ensure all quality control procedures and documentation comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing findings promptly.
• Train and support manufacturing staff on quality standards to promote a culture of quality.
• Utilize quality management systems to track product quality and process efficiency.
