In this role, you will execute food safety protocols, perform lab testing, monitor GMP and HACCP adherence, document data, and collaborate with production to correct deviations and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) principles.
• Demonstrated ability to apply HACCP and GMP standards in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in laboratory testing procedures and data documentation.
