Responsibilities

• Assist with review of civil‑related construction submittals.
• Join design progress meetings for select projects.
• Ensure appropriate quality control procedures are followed.

• Travel may be required for industry‑related conference attendance or project‑specific meetings.

Our Federal Team at Garver is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to help ensure our design solutions will exceed requirements and expectations.

As part of the Federal Team, the Quality Control Specialist will assist in overseeing Garver's Federal Team's Total Quality Management Program, which supervises quality reviews of architecture and engineering deliverables including detailed design plans, specifications, and reports for a variety of site and building projects throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate multi‑discipline Quality Control Reviews
• Participate in the review of civil‑related portions of:
  • Project Plans
  • Project Specifications
  • Design Reports
• Assist with review of civil‑related construction submittals
• Join design progress meetings for select projects
• Ensure appropriate quality control procedures are followed
• Maintain appropriate documentation in accordance with project contract requirements
• Travel may be required for industry‑related conference attendance or project‑specific meetings. The role requires ability to resolve issues through close interaction with other project team members and maintain a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
