Job summary

American Cap Company Inc. is hiring for a Quality Control Sorting position in Wheatland, PA. The role reports to the Director of Quality Assurance and/or Plant Manager and ensures products meet customer requirements through inspection and quality system adherence.

The candidate will perform visual inspections, operate a tow motor, palletize and wrap products, and complete other duties as needed while maintaining punctual attendance across a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Some knowledge of API, ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Metals industry experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Visual inspection for defined applicable criteria.
• Palletizing and wrapping product.
• Tow motor operation.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Quality Assurance and/or Plant Manager.
• Arriving at work on time for every scheduled shift.
