Job summary

Car Spa, Inc. in Virginia Beach is hiring an entry-level Quality Control Specialist to ensure every vehicle leaves our car wash clean and polished, reflecting the quality we stand for. You will learn our processes, support opening/closing duties, and train with the team to uphold safety and efficiency in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

No prior experience required—training provided. This role requires physical activity outdoors, standing for long periods, and working around moving vehicles;

Position Overview

This is an entry-level position. As a Quality Control Specialist, your role ensures that customers drive away in clean, polished vehicle that reflect the quality and care we’re known for.

What We’re Looking For

• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license
• No prior experience required – training will be provided
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
• Outdoor, active role in all weather conditions
• Frequent physical activity is required: bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles.
• Safety is a prime concern; you must be alert, move safely around moving cars, and be able to step up into and down out of vehicles.
