Job summary

Car Spa, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Quality Control Specialist to ensure clean, polished vehicles that reflect the company’s quality standards. You will play a hands-on role in maintaining car wash operations and safety while supporting a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

We’re looking for reliable, coachable individuals who are excited to learn and grow. Training will be provided, and the outdoor setting offers an active workday with opportunities to contribute across shifts.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain high-quality car wash standards and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee vehicle flow and production in car wash operations.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Assist with equipment upkeep and maintenance.
• Train and support team members following Car Spa procedures.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
• Help assess employee skills and productivity.
• Perform general duties across car wash roles as needed.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.

Position Overview

What We’re Looking For

• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license
• No prior experience required – training will be provided
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet

Work Environment

• Outdoor, active role in all weather conditions
• Frequent physical activity is required: bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles.
• Safety is a prime concern; you must be alert, move safely around moving cars, and be able to step up into and down out of vehicles.
