Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years experience as an engineer, project engineer or similar in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and general project administration.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications; proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; alignment with Clark Standards of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Quality Control Managers in purchasing activities including scoping and take-offs.
• Prepare and forward submittals; confirm compliance with plans/specs.
• Support development and updating of the project schedule and subcontractor detail schedules.
• Lead the development of project plans and monitor material deliveries against the schedule.
• Review change proposals from trade partners and negotiate as appropriate.
• Facilitate coordination of drawings with QC Manager and Superintendent; draft change orders.
• Solicit prices from subcontractors and suppliers; perform scope take-offs and estimate costs.
• Lead project close-out, assemble manuals and warranties for turnover, and prepare final payments.
• Develop and lead training sessions for team and trade partners; manage document control.
• Cultivate industry relationships to bring business opportunities and attract talent to Clark.

You will lead daily coordination between our clients, trade partners, engineers, architects, and our employees.
