Job summary

Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control/Pre-Commissioning Operator to inspect and configure electronic equipment against customer purchase orders to exact specifications. This is a full-time, in-person role on a 5-8 shift.

The candidate will verify hardware/software compliance, test functionality, license and validate units for Audio/Video processing, and participate as a production team member while adhering to safety policies and company procedures.

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability, timemanagement skills and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using a computer, familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Positive attitude and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Results oriented
• Self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and configuring electronic equipment while processing against customer purchase orders to the specifications.
• Inspecting electronic equipment configured for customer systems.
• Verifying product meets latest hardware and software standards.
• Test product functionality.
• License, configure and validate the unit for Audio and/or Video processing.
• Scanning barcode information in an AS/400 system.
• Function as a member of the production team.
• Comply with OSHA, SDS standards and Quintech H&S policies and procedures.
• Compliance with all Quintech Policies and Procedures.

• Inspecting electronic equipment configured for customer systems

• License, Configure and Validate the unit for Audio and/or Video processing

• Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to you from time to time, as determined by the Company
