Job summary

Us tech Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Microbiologist in Myerstown, PA, for a 12-month position. You will support the microbiology team in the manufacturing and packaging of OTC Drug and Nutritional products by conducting microbiological testing.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of laboratory experience, preferably in microbiology. Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of lab experience, preferably in microbiology.
• Good working knowledge of aseptic techniques and environmental monitoring methods.
• Effective written and interpretive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard microbiological testing on raw materials and finished products.
• Evaluate data obtained from analysis and recommend additional testing if necessary.
• Assist in troubleshooting and investigating non-compliance issues.
