Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee contract quality control and safety plans at the Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station, Coraopolis, PA. You will lead the site quality management system and assess performance across the contract, using risk-based inspections and government metrics to identify deficiencies and verify corrective actions.

Responsibilities include maintaining the QC plan, coordinating with the safety organization, and generating monthly quality metrics for COR.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing inspection/audit plans and documenting nonconformances.
• Ability to use electronic inspection records, dashboards and controlled document repositories.
• Read, write and speak English fluently when interfacing with Government representatives.
• Complete required background/access processing and safety training before duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality control plan for the entire contract and all tabs.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections; record results and track corrective actions.
• Maintain training and quality records; review deliverables for completeness and timeliness.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager and government surveillance findings.
• Develop monthly risk-based inspection schedules and service-specific checklists.
