Agri-Cover, Inc. in Jamestown, ND is seeking a full-time Quality Control Manager to lead the QC program, ensure production meets established standards, and coordinate with departments to prevent defects.

The role includes supervising QC staff, implementing inspection methods, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvement to support reliable, high-quality products for customers. Experience with SCAR/ICAR processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with QC program to ensure continuous production in line with standards.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate product assurance programs to prevent defects.
• Process supplier corrective actions (SCAR) and internal corrective actions (ICAR).
• Document and analyze data related to product quality and field failures.
• Set up tests and inspect units and components under operating conditions.
• Provide final inspection for outbound products and train team leads in quality inspections.
