Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a Quality Control or Manufacturing Engineering role.
At least 3 years in a direct supervisory or management capacity.
Proficient in ASME Y14.5 for Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance.
Responsibilities
Direct and optimize a team of quality experts in daily inspections.
Mentor technicians to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Oversee Quality Inspection Lab and manage metrology equipment.
