You will lead a team of quality experts, oversee inspection protocols, and maintain strict compliance with technical specifications. Ideal candidates have a background in engineering with substantial experience in quality control, strong leadership skills, and knowledge in advanced metrology. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a Quality Control or Manufacturing Engineering role.
• At least 3 years in a direct supervisory or management capacity.
• Proficient in ASME Y14.5 for Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize a team of quality experts in daily inspections.
• Mentor technicians to foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Oversee Quality Inspection Lab and manage metrology equipment.
