• Minimum 10 years of GMP laboratory experience.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams.
• Experience in a matrix organization.
• Expertise in regulatory requirements for stability and QC operations.
• Lean laboratory practices including 5S and visual management.
• Auditing experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to implement continuous improvement and CI tools.
