What You'll Do
  • Inspect and manage QC across all stages of finished electronics manufacturing - PCBs, metal chassis, wire harnesses, build quality, and full system performance
  • Troubleshoot and perform failure analysis on PCBs, communication equipment, and cables returned from the field, both as individual components and complete systems
  • Maintain consistent quality standards on incoming materials and outgoing finished products
  • Test and inspect products at every stage of production to confirm standards are met
  • Identify quality issues and follow up to enforce corrective actions on the production floor
  • Learn and help refine QC procedures and documentation

  • Sharp attention to detail with the ability to investigate problems and draw sound conclusions
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
