Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality Control, with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard and certification processes.
• Proficiency with laser trackers and CMM software (CAM2, Verisurf).
• Strong CAD reading and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QC team; schedule training and evaluations.
• Oversee MRB processes for nonconforming materials.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure QMS/ISO 9001 compliance.
• Drive quality improvement projects with Production and Design.
• Maintain controlled documents and safety compliance.
• Analyze non-conformities and implement root-cause actions.
