Job summary

Ho-Chunk, Inc. and its Dynamic Systems division are seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead site-specific QC programs within healthcare and facilities management environments at Fort Jackson.

You will oversee inspections, audits, documentation, corrective actions, and risk mitigation, coordinating with EH teams and program leadership to ensure compliance and operational excellence. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in healthcare settings, knowledge of OSHA/NFPA/JCAHO

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in quality control or facilities management.
• Experience in healthcare facilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with government regulations (OSHA/NFPA/JCAHO) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain site-specific QC processes and procedures.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and assessments to identify quality gaps.
• Collaborate with managers to develop QC plans and performance strategies.
• Monitor materials, workmanship, services, and processes throughout projects.
• Document, track, and report quality findings and corrective actions.
• Ensure audit-ready QC documentation and records.
• Identify quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Investigate root causes and coordinate corrective actions.
• Gather and evaluate customer feedback related to service quality.
• Provide training to QC personnel on standards and procedures.
