Job summary

Crossroadsstaffing seeks a Quality Inspector Lead in Camarillo to oversee quality operations on the shop floor and in cleanrooms. You will guide operators, conduct inspections, review records, and ensure adherence to procedures, documentation practices, and environmental controls.

Responsibilities include real-time oversight during manufacturing, escalation of risks, and supporting investigations for nonconformances.

Qualifications

4+ years of quality control experience in pharma/biopharma or medical-device industries.
Supervisory or lead experience required.
Experience with ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a visible Quality Operations presence on manufacturing floors and in cleanrooms.
Perform floor and cleanroom walkthroughs to verify procedures, documentation, gowning, flow, and line clearance.
Provide real-time quality oversight during manufacturing, assembly, inspection, packaging, and controlled-environment activities.
Monitor cleanroom conditions, environmental monitoring, sanitation, and excursions; escalate risks promptly.
Review production and inspection records for completeness and compliance; support corrections as needed.
Support nonconformance, deviation, and batch record investigations; preserve evidence.
Assist with transfer of information across shifts and facilities.
