Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking a Quality Control-focused team member to ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products. You will run and approve production samples, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help meet departmental objectives with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of chemical concepts is desirable.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong math skills and basic computer literacy are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Running and approving raw materials to insure the quality of finished products.
• Running and approving production samples to insure timely delivery of a quality product.
• Completing supervisor assigned responsibilities to meet departmental objectives on time.
• Participating with cross functional teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Verifying proper labeling, handling and inspection of hazardous waste material.
• Performing normal QC functions with minimal supervision.
• Characterize, handle, label, manifest, or inspect hazardous waste per environmental regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Completing supervisor assigned responsibilities to insure that departmental objectives are being met on time.
• Participation with cross functional teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities as required.
• Verify proper labeling, handling and inspection of hazardous waste material.
• Must be able to complete normal QC functions with a minimal amount of supervision.
• C haracterize, handle, label, manifest, or inspect hazardous waste in accordance with environmental regulations.

Qualifications:
