Description
Frac Sand Mining & Processing | Rotating Shifts
Earn $21 - $24 / Hour • Monthly Production Bonus • Company-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision • 401(k) Match
As our Quality Control Lab Technician, you run the hourly and daily tests that tell the plant whether the sand is on spec — and when it isn't, your call is the one that gets things corrected before a customer ever sees it.
This is hands‑on, high‑tempo lab work: prep the sample, run the test, read the number, log it, speak up. If you take pride in being right the first time, you'll do well here.
Coming from mining, aggregates, materials testing, or any heavy industrial lab? You'll be right at home.
Rotating shifts, supporting continuous plant operations. You'll need to be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled — the plant doesn't stop, and neither does quality control.
We're growing fast, and we're growing on the strength of our product. That makes the lab one of the most important rooms in the building. You'll have the equipment, the training, and the backing to do the job right — and a clear path forward if you want more than the job you were hired for.
