Job summary

Janco, Inc. is seeking a dedicated quality inspector to ensure compliance of raw materials, medical devices, and packaging components.

You will perform first piece, in-process and final inspections using precision measurement tools, maintain inspection records, and prepare certificates of conformance. On-site role with Monday–Friday schedule from 7am to 3:30pm in Rollinsford, NH.

Qualifications

• Good work ethic and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently or with a team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to follow and understand quality management objectives and manufacturing procedures.
• Must be fluent in English for communication and reading safety instructions, procedures, and customer orders and parts.
• Ability to review and understand QMS procedures, protocols and instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and build sheets.
• Knowledge of measurement tools and equipment, and QC Lab requirements.
• Knowledge of sampling plans and tolerances and recognizing critical tolerances and dimensions.
• Must be able to stand long periods of time and walk continuously through assigned areas.
• Must be able to wear facial mask, and gowning equipment including booties, gowns/jackets, gloves, eye protection when applicable, hair net, and facial hair net if/when applicable.
• Must be able to lift 45lbs occasionally and 25lbs regularly.
