Responsibilities

• Inspect each home when Ready and Complete is declared by Final Finish Supervisor.
• Use check sheets and inspect rooms and exteriors for cosmetic defects.
• Ensure units meet cleanliness standards for shipping.
• Verify repairs and ensure no further damage during repair and cleanup.
• Verify all ship-loose material is loaded per sheet.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales and manufacturing to resolve design/material issues.
• Maintain compliance with quality policies and OSHA safety standards.
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
