Associates Systems LLC seeks a Quality Control Inspector to perform incoming and in-process inspections, ensuring compliance with purchase orders and drawings. The role uses mechanical inspection tools and requires reading drawings, procedures, and schematics. You will execute manual inspections, program cable testers, and troubleshoot assemblies.
Experience with AS9100, GD&T, and military standards is preferred. Electromechanical knowledge, and Keysight expertise are considered advantages.
Perform incoming inspection of materials for compliance to purchase order and applicable drawings. Must be able to use a variety of mechanical inspection equipment, such as micrometers, Vernier calipers, ring / plug gages, dial indicators and optical comparator. Duties also include Inspection of in-process and final products for compliance to drawings. Inspections are a combination of mechanical, visual & electrical. Must be able to speak and read English and interpret, drawings, Manufacturing Procedures, Military Specifications, Schematics, and Wire Lists. Ex ecuting manual inspections, programming cable testers, and troubleshooting assemblies.
Pay rate 25-30/hr depending on skill match and experience.
