Ursa Major is seeking a Weekend Quality Control Inspector to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality propulsion components. You will support the manufacturing and design teams, perform dimensional and material inspections, and document results in compliance with aerospace standards.
The role is a three 12-hour shift weekend position, with a $2.00 hourly shift differential option. Requires reading drawings, GD&T proficiency, and experience with metrology equipment.

The Quality Control Inspector’s primary focus will be ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products that meet our customer’s expectations. Supporting the manufacturing and design teams to ensure the parts and materials used in the manufacture of our products meet the specification requirements and aerospace standards. We are looking for an individual to add to the Weekend Inspection Team, ensuring that complex checks are performed accurately and that communication is smooth. This position is scheduled for three 12-hour shifts, Friday through Sunday, supporting weekend inspection operations (Shift differential of $2.00 hourly is available for weekend shifts).
This role reports to the Inspection Lead with support from manufacturing planning and other Quality roles, such as Manufacturing Quality Engineers, Metrology Engineers, and Supply Quality Engineers.
Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $27.65 - $34.57 hourly, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. What we can’t quantify for you are the exciting challenges, supportive team, and amazing culture we enjoy.
