Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a QC Inspector I to ensure quality and safety across manufacturing or distribution environments. You will inspect materials, components, and finished products, document findings, and report defects while supporting corrective actions with production teams.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the willingness to work in PPE. Training provided; Monday–Friday shift 9:30AM–6:00PM.

Qualifications

• Education: Typically requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Math skills including addition, subtraction and fractional to decimal conversions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with quality regulations such as GMP, GDP, ISO, or 21CFR 820, 210-211.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and/or finished products.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• Use measurement tools to test and verify product dimensions and specifications.
• Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
• Collaborate with production or distribution teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, or determine disposition of product.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Assess inbound damaged finished goods and repackage.
