Job summary

The role requires GMP/cGMP knowledge, root cause analysis, and collaboration with Operations and Management. Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Science background preferred (food science, nutrition, pharmacy or manufacturing).
• Knowledge of GMP, cGMP, SOPs and good documentation practices.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with good math and data entry skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• QC inspections and testing of samples and receiving materials.
• Production documentation preparation and document control.
• Product spec development and revisions.
• Root cause analysis and corrective actions; track follow-ups.
• Maintain paper and electronic records.
• Maintain internal audit system.
• Prepare reports and present results to management.
• Support Operations and Management as needed.
• Prioritize and complete tasks assigned by QA Manager.
• Work collaboratively and safely in production and lab environments.
