Job summary

Peoplelink Staffing is seeking a Quality Inspector on the onsite 2nd shift with training on 1st shift. The role offers $16–$19/hour plus a $2 shift differential and a temp-to-hire path.

You will support inspection across raw materials, in-process assembly, and finished products, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards within our QMS. The ideal candidate has experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environments, can read specifications and drawings, and is details-focused.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications, test plans, and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working on the production floor.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift with flexibility when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections on machine and assembly operations.
• Conduct first-piece inspections for all production processes.
• Identify defects and issue Non Conforming Reports (NCRs).
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
• Interface with management on production and quality issues.
• Support ISO 9001 requirements and overall QMS initiatives.
• Maintain hold areas, pull customer samples, and support housekeeping standards.
