Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret repair records and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections of railcar repairs and maintenance.

• Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are completed before proceeding.
