Job summary

Precision Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure our medical devices meet stringent quality and safety standards. You will inspect materials, components, and finished products, using precision instruments to verify dimensions and performance.

You will document results, report deviations, and collaborate with production and engineering to drive improvements. The role requires a high school diploma (associate preferred) and at least two years of QC experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Experience with ISO and FDA regulations applicable to medical devices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with precision measurement instruments and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Document and report inspection results, including deviations, to relevant departments for corrective action.

Job Purpose:- The Quality Control Inspector at PRECISION MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in the medical technology industry by meticulously inspecting and testing materials, components, and finished products.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.- Utilize precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product dimensions, performance, and functionality.- Document and report inspection results, including any deviations from quality standards, to relevant departments for further analysis and corrective action.- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and other quality control activities in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.- Participate in quality audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and procedures.- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques to promote a culture of quality awareness and accountability.Required Education:- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
