Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Quality Control Inspector in Pella, IA to support quality control, continuous improvement, and compliance within the Quality and EHS organization. The role emphasizes problem-solving, strong communication, and use of QA systems and inspection methods to align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include designing procedures for control and testing, implementing inspection methods, and auditing QMS processes to ensure adherence to ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of QA system implementation and management experience.
• Experience maintaining ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management systems.
• EHS program experience with basic OSHA knowledge.
• Strong computer skills including word processing and Excel, plus advanced communication skills.

Our client, Manufacturing and Quality/EHS focused operations is seeking a Quality control Inspector to join their team. As a Quality control Inspector, you will be part of the Quality and EHS organization supporting continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, advanced communication abilities, and the ability to work with quality systems and inspection methods which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality control Inspector

Location: Pella, IA

Pay Range: 18-20/hr

Shift: 6:00am - 2:30PM (OT until 4:30pm)

What's the Job?
