TeMa North America LLC is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to maintain QA processes, test materials, and analyze results across development and production. The role focuses on ensuring products meet company and customer standards, with reporting to the Production Manager and adherence to safety procedures.
Responsibilities include sampling, testing at all production stages, documenting results, and coordinating with supervisors to resolve quality issues.

The main objective of the Quality Control Inspectors is to ensure the quality of the product meets both the company’s and customers’ standards. Quality control must report any problem to the Production Manager, all while following company work and safety procedures.

This position will be located in a production shop floor and quality lab environment and will be required to work a 12-hour schedule during the day (6am to 6pm) or night (6pm to 6am) on a 2-2-3 or other designated shift schedule. Overtime may also be required based on business conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is moderate with occasional loud noise. Frequently required to talk, hear, walk, sit, and stand. Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl. Continually works near moving mechanical parts and may occasionally be exposed to fumes, airborne particles or toxic chemicals. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
