Qualifications

  • Experience in field inspection, construction, or utility-related work (OSP/telecom/electrical a plus).
  • Strong understanding of residential construction processes and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and specifications.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking sites daily in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all inspections and communications.
  • Travel between job sites as required.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Field Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in construction inspections and a strong understanding of residential building practices.
