Job summary

Mountain Property Watch in the United States seeks a Quality Control housekeeping support and Inspector to join our team. You will perform inspections of homes for cleanliness and safety, document findings, and support housekeeping operations.

This role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and clear communication. On-call and weekend availability are required; candidate must have reliable transportation to Summit County area.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control or related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough examinations of homes for cleanliness and damage.
• Conduct and report home inspections evaluation forms.
• Implement and improve quality control operating procedures, staging, and stocking of homes.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems, defects, maintenance, safety, and cleanliness issues.
• Participate in routine visual inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist housekeeping team with cleaning and laundry duties.
• Assist with recruiting and training of housekeeping staff.
• Communicate with clients as needed to gain approval for purchases and maintenance needs.
• Purchase and deliver products that need stocked.
• Assist with light bulb and battery changes.
• Help with trash pickups, disposal and snow removal.
• Other duties as needed and assigned.
• On Call and weekend availability required

• Some heavy lifting, 50 + lbs. may be required.
• Comfortable using ladders.
• Safe driving record
• Have reliable transportation that can be used for the work area throughout Summit County.
